In some areas, abandoned vehicles are a real problem, clogging up parking, impeding traffic flow and are a general eyesore. Some councils are attempting to create parking permit zones rather than removing the abandoned vehicles. This guide hopes to help you have them cleared legally.

This is probably the easiest way to get things removed, anonymous and easy. Good old taxation, that's how they got Al Capone and Jesus. To make a report you will need:

Instructions
Vehicles must have a valid MOT if used or kept on the road. Vehicles less than 3 years, or more than 40 years old are currently exempt.
